"Where Jesus Slept" review & giveaway (ends 11/21/16)

"Where Jesus Slept" review and giveaway (ends 11/21/16)
I know, I know it's not even Thanksgiving yet, but I wanted to share this cute book with you so whoever wins the giveaway can get their book in time for their little ones to enjoy during the Christmas season. "Where Jesus Slept" by Norma Lewis, and illustrated by Katy Hudson is a fun little book with a cadence that reminds me of the book "This is the House that Jack Built" where each page builds on the previous one.

My two year old daughter adores this book and, for a while, it was one of the required bedtime books. She carried her "Jesus book" around with her, and I would find her reading it frequently.

I love the illustrations and am excited to add this book to our Christmas library to be pulled out for years to come.

The only complaint we had was that some of the phrasing was awkward. It took me a few times reading it through before it really felt comfortable to me. Otherwise, this is a fun, cute book to remind your children of the meaning of Christmas. If you would like to win a copy, enter in the Rafflecopter form below.

Disclosure: I received a copy of this book for the purpose of this review. All opinions expressed are my own. Much thanks to the sponsor for providing an additional book for the winner of the giveaway.

  1. This book is so cute - my old neighbor used to bring this book to church, to help keep the kids quiet (but still focused on Jesus). Hoping to win this giveaway!
