Honey Bunches of Oats Tropical Blends Review & Giveaway (Ends 3/8/13)

During my last pregnancy, the only cereal I wanted to eat was Honey Bunches of Oats. I would eat it in the morning for breakfast and as an afternoon or late-night snack. So, I was a bit excited to try the new Honey Bunches of Oats Tropical Blends cereal.

Honestly, when my cereal arrived, I was extremely disappointed because I noticed that there was coconut in it…I do NOT like coconut and was reluctant to try it because of the coconut. BUT, when I finally did try it, I didn’t even notice the coconut. Another thing I noticed about this cereal was how strong the mango smelled when I opened the bag. I was worried that it would be overpowering when I ate it, but despite the strong smell, the flavors blended nicely and I enjoyed the cereal quite a bit! I don’t know if I would choose Tropical Blends over the original Honey Bunches of Oats, but I definitely wouldn’t mind eating this again. My boys did try it and were not huge fans, but that just meant I had the whole box to myself :).
