Slim-Fast's New Shakes

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Slim-Fast for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Growing up, my mom would drink the powdered Slim-Fast products for breakfast and I remember being a little jealous that she got to drink chocolate milk for breakfast. E

With those memories in mind I was kind of excited to review the new Slim-Fast shakes which are said to taste better than ever. They are part of the Slim-Fast 3*2*1 Plan which "gives you quick results-done right." With 3 nourishing snacks a day such as the Slim-Fast 100 calorie snack bars, fruit, nuts or veggies, 2 Slim-Fast Shakes or Meal Bars a day, and 1 Balanced meal you can have the structure you want and the variety you crave.

Coupon in hand, I set out going up and down the grocery aisles at Wal-Mart only to find out that Slim-Fast products are in the pharmacy section...call me silly but I seriously thought I would find them in the grocery section of the store! I chose to review the Rich Chocolate Royale shake.

The next morning I tried my first shake and it tasted just as I remember Slim-Fast tasting when I was younger...a little grainy and not quite as good as chocolate milk, but it was good enough that I kept going back for more until it was all gone :). I have a fast metabolism but the shake was enough to last a few hours before I really started wanting more food. I can easily see how this shake could sustain someone for the 4 hours that the packaging says it can.

Whether you're looking to lose wight or maintain a healthy weight, exercise and Slim-Fast might just be the key to helping you reach your goal. Also find Slim-Fast on Facebook! Slim-Fast products are available at WalMart, Target, Safeway, Kroger, Amazon.com, and at the Slim-Fast 3.2.1 Plan store on Facebook.
