Renuzit Review

Let me begin this review by saying I am not big on scented products…air fresheners are often overwhelming for me and about the only fresheners I like are candles. Too much fragrance can give me a headache, and most air fresheners are far too strong for our small living space.

That being said, I was provided with two Renuzit Fresh Accents air fresheners to review-the “Winter Berry” and “Festive Snow”. The snowflake holder that the cartridge sits in is attractive and super cute. I love that it is small enough to sit on a windowsill or bookshelf without being distracting. The product is easy enough to use; you just peel the foil seal off of the cartridge and slide it down into the holder.

As for the scents, “Festive Snow” was much too overwhelming for our living space and got put in our enclosed patio. I like how our patio smells now that the scent has died down a bit, but it honestly smells like cheap pine imitation. Neither my husband or I were a fan of this scent.

However, “Winter Berry” smells wonderful. It gives a nice, subtle hint of fresh berry smell to our living room without being over-bearing or smelling cheap. I’ve set the holder in our window sill to capture the light through the snowflake design.

If you are a fan of Renuzit products, I definitely recommend that you try their new “Winter Berry” scent, released in October!

Renuzit brand provided free samples of Fresh Accents air freshener for this post. My participation is voluntary and my opinions, as always, are my own.

  1. I'm like you.. strong smells give me a headache but the "Winter Berry" scent sounds like something I might like. Thanks for sharing the info.

  2. OOoohh..Winter Berry sounds nice! I love having a festively-scented home during the holidays.

  3. Okie, first let me say I LOVE your new profile picture. Very nice girly!

We are big fans of our house smelling like someone left 10 or 12 Christmas trees lying around so I might like the cheapy pine one, lol.

I always have to reel back our sniffies when guests come over. I know that a scent headache is the pits and you just can't escape it when your visiting.

Thanks for the review! I will pick some of these up when I am target next week. I've been eying them for a few weeks now.

  4. love your new banner. I'm all into fragrances. I love to change with the seasons too. Thanks for sharing the review. I had brought the one with the cone like shape thats suppose to absorb smell. I was ecpecting to smell something and I didn't

  5. Love winter berry. Have it already:)

Hopping by and following your lovely blog. BTW, I have just published my first children's picture book that is easy to read, and in colorful and entertaining images your precious little loved ones would enjoy. With every book you buy, $1.00 goes to raise 10,000 copies of it for the less fortunate children ages 0-5 years old across the U.S. The best thing is, you can also help make a difference by simply sharing this news to family and friends. The book is great for gift-giving too:)

I'd be honored to have you follow back too:) @ http://blyro.peachburst.com.

  6. I hate fragrances that are too strong too. The winter berry sounds good though. Thanks for linking up for Cup of Joe. I'm already following and look forward to having you link up with us again. :)

  7. I'm big on scents but don't think I'd like the pine either but the Winter Berry, interesting :) Thanks for the review!
