“Febreze Set & Refresh” Review

Anyone who reads What I Live For regularly is probably well aware of the fact that we moved over the summer. The place that we moved into has new carpeting and though I love having a clean carpet that I don’t have to worry about funny stains on it, it had a funny smell that is apparently common to new carpets.

For this reason, I was pretty happy when Mom Central asked me to review Febreze’s Set & Refresh air freshener. This is about the easiest air freshener I have ever used! Though it’s little, I have been able to smell the scent and it has definitely freshened up our living room.

I also love that the Set & Refresh does not need to plug in…no wasting electricity here! :). You just push the cartridge down into the opening until you hear a click and then you can slide the air freshener open or closed allowing you to control how much fragrance is released depending on the size of the room you want to freshen. This feature is wonderful because I don’t like having strong scents and we have it open to just the right amount.

I was provided with the Linen & Sky fragrance and though it freshens up my home, it is honestly not my favorite smell. Febreeze does have a number of wonderful sounding fragrances that I would love to try in my Set & Refresh such as “Hawaiian Aloha” and “Thai Dragon Fruit”.

This is the perfect air freshener for apartments or for individual rooms of houses. It’s design is simple enough that it can blend into any décor. The Febreze Set & Refresh is small enough to fit anywhere…on a desk, bookshelf, windowsill, etc. I enjoy having this little freshener in my home, and perhaps you would too :).

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Febreze and received a Set & Refresh unit plus refills to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.
