Ashworth College

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Ashworth College. All opinions are 100% mine.

When I was a freshman in college I met and fell in love with the man who I am now married to. We were married the summer after my sophomore year and decided that we would both further our education as long as possible. Just a few months later, we found out (and were absolutely thrilled) that I was pregnant. Our baby was due 2 weeks after finals that coming spring.

K was born just before finals week of my junior year. Though I knew that having a baby then was right for us, I also knew that if I didn't finish my education, I would regret it for the rest of my life! My senior year, both my husband and I took a full load, trading K back and forth between classes. To say that year was chaotic is an understatement! Even with a full load, I still had 3 credits required to graduate which I was blessedly able to take online. I graduated in August of 2008 with a BS from BYU!

Online courses are becoming more and more prevalent whether a local university offers them, or whether an accredited Online College offers degrees. Finishing my education would have been much more difficult had I not had the chance to take that course online! One day, I hope to take more online courses to further my learning and show my children how important education is.

Ashworth College Featured by National Education Report is one way that busy parents, or those working full time who wish to better their lives through increased education can obtain a diploma. Among those diplomas are Associate Degrees, Bachelor’s Degrees, Master’s Degrees and Certificate programs.

Some of the benefits of an online education are:

  • Flexibility. Study whenever you have the time! If you are a parent, you can study during nap time, or lunch break at work.
  •  Lower tuition. Compared to some physical universities, you might be able to pay 88% less for an online college education!
  • Payment plans.
  • No student loans.

Whether you want to be a bridal consultant, web designer, interior decorator or teacher, see if there is a degree that could improve your life! Almost 4,000,000 students today are taking at least one course online…you can be one too :)
