Cotton Ball Sheep

After having such a huge success with our cotton ball snowman a few months ago, I though a cotton ball sheep was in order to celebrate spring with K. He was ecstatic when I pulled out the bag of cotton balls! We learned how animals have hair all over, like a coat to keep them warm. This sheep had cold toes so he got a super coat! I just printed a sheep picture off of a google search and used Elmer's glue. You'd think this was the most amazing activity ever by the way K acted the whole time :)
After the sheep had a sufficient coat, we practiced letters by spelling out sheep several times and it was ready to hang on the wall.

Isn't it wonderful how fun little kids can make everything?
