I heard a quote that said ...Oh, that is sooo true! I heard a quote that said something like "Unforgiveness only hurts the one harboring it." I held onto unforgiveness to someone for 13 years and it almost ruined my marriage(didn't even have anything to do with my husband) nearly destroyed my heart.
